A growing division of Rally Health, Inc. has a need for a Finance/Accounting Manager to handle and direct financial operations including day to day activities as well as forecasting results.

Responsibilities:

• You will perform financial reporting and analysis for assigned areas.
• You will develop financial models and forecasts of revenue and expenses.
• You will prepare both internal and external financial management reports and presentations.
• You will research and resolve division’s financial inquiries.
• You will be responsible for routine communication with supervisors relating to financial close, issues and deliverables.
• You will analyze financial results for reasonableness and research and prepare variance analysis and explanations.
• You will prepare business case and other ad hoc analysis to drive business decisions.
• You will assist in data mining, analysis, and research.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance required
• Minimum of 5-7 year’s experience in a related role
• MBA/CPA preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Positive interaction with all levels of management, offices across the country and different time zones
• Ability to travel (approximately 10-20%) to other Rally offices
