Seeking a full time Financial Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to join a rapidly growing IT services company in Downers Grove, IL. This person would report directly to the VP of Investing and would be involved in key company initiatives including underwriting new product launches, taking ownership, improving and maintaining several deal investment models, and supporting VP in ad-hoc analysis and critical divisional data tracking. The candidate must be highly organized, proficient in Excel, understand financial statements, and be extremely motivated. Ideally, the candidate would be located near our headquarters in Downers Grove, IL, though remote candidates will also be considered. Prior investment banking or consulting experience is a huge plus.
 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop underwriting models for new product launches to support product team in rolling out new offerings for the company
• Taking ownership of company’s critical underwriting models that determine pricing for multi-million-dollar opportunities (team underwrites over $50mm of new initiatives a year)
• Developing new modules and functionality for underwriting models to improve team efficiency, reduce user error, and ensure effective deal approvals
• Run ad-hoc analysis to help improve team productivity, identify potential improvement to underwriting process and underlying assumptions
• Support team with internal data metrics tracking and dashboarding
• Work across various departments including Product, Operations Procurement, FP&A, Billing and Project Implementation to obtain critical data for underwriting

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of related experience

• Ability to develop and communicate clear models to represent business situations and summarize key ideas to both financial and non-financial counterparts

• Ability to work with counterparts globally, including stakeholders in other regions (i.e., UK and India)

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a Data Sciences field
• Management consulting or investment banking experience
