The Financial Analyst – FP&A will support the revenue team with budgeting, forecasting, ad-hoc analysis, and reporting/dashboarding to executive leadership team members and other business leaders. This position will partner with other FP&A counterparts, Accounting, Sales and Product or Client teams to drive execution of the Company’s financial goals. The ideal candidate will leverage strong analytical skills to derive meaningful analysis and insights from both financial and non-financial data.
 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support revenue reporting and forecasting for our business. Independently analyze financial data, draw conclusions, and present recommendations to management within areas of responsibility
• Leverage reports from financial and CRM systems (Workday/Adaptive Insights/Salesforce) to report on actual results and compare versus budget/forecast and recent trends
• Develop and implement a higher level of automation into regular processes and drive the use of dashboards to deliver key results and metrics for action by business leaders
• Build strong relationships inside and outside FP&A and build the financial acumen of business partners
• Seek opportunities to build financial, accounting, and analysis skills as well as knowledge of the IT outsourcing industry

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience
• Demonstrated expertise in use of Excel/Powerpoint and other financial/data reporting tools
• Ability to derive insights and handle ambiguity from limited data sets
• Ability to develop and communicate clear models to represent business situations and summarize key ideas to both financial and non-financial counterparts

• Attention to detail to develop accurate reports and analyses
• Strong sense of ownership to drive positive business results and personal growth
• Ability work with counterparts globally, including stakeholders in other regions (primarily UK and India)

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a Data Sciences field
• Experience with financial reporting processes for an IT/technology company
