The Financial Analyst will work alongside their team to support cross functional business partners in providing ongoing reporting and analysis to support the business functions. This individual will also work on key projects within the business to deliver financial insights to the teams they support. The Financial Analyst role is also responsible for assisting in in providing reports and analysis for the planning of the forecasting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interacts and coordinates with other departments to address business issues and meet organizational objectives
  • Prepare reports and presentations that summarize the Company's financial position
  • Identify positive and negative trends and explain variances to budget and forecast
  • Assist in the management of forecasting tool(s); tool optimization, data entry, reporting
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required
  • Consolidate and analyze departmental/function plans and forecasts

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree (Accounting/Finance/Statistics/Math)
  • Expert Excel and Power BI experience required, NetSuite and Salesforce reporting experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of financial data flows
  • Track record of outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization, planning and time management skills. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and execute deliverables in a timely fashion
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
