Pricing Strategist
Sprout Social is looking for a Pricing Strategist to join our Market Strategy team. Our Market Strategy team is responsible for making sure that our organizational leaders across Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing have the intel the business needs to make strategic decisions.
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that Sprout's pricing and packaging strategies are optimized to accelerate our company's growth while still delivering an exceptional customer experience. This means that you will work closely cross functionally with sales operations, competitive intelligence, product, data science and sales leaders to identify areas of opportunity and risk with our existing pricing strategy. You'll assess the data we collect across our base of 30,000 customers as well as prospects and define strategies for new offerings, adjust existing packaging and refine our general pricing approach.

They also understand how to collect new qualitative and quantitative data to test new pricing strategies. They know how to take the insights they generate and distill it down for an executive-level audience that may not have the same technical skills. They can work with the relevant teams at Sprout to model what impact changes may have on the business. They understand how to manage a project and get the right stakeholders involved in the process so all parties are aligned.
