We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our rapidly growing global workforce based in Chicago. In this role, you will manage all financial analysis and reporting across global departments. A strong candidate for this position will be familiar with working in a very fast-paced environment and enjoys the responsibility of ensuring financial competency and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain detailed financial and operating models to adapt and cooperate with the rapidly growing business
• Analyze past and current data, trends, and performance indicators and use that information to drive efficient and wise financial decisions
• Proactively identify areas of improvement and implement innovative and cost-saving operational solutions
• Understand the global impact of financial decisions based on the stakeholders’ strategy
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecast reports
• Perform detailed analysis of and review global cashflow, expenses, and trends
• Understand global environmental factors that affect the business model
• Drive the efficiency of the Finance Department and collaborate with leadership to ensure cross-functional consistency
• Evaluate current financial models and provide actionable goals and insights to assist in key decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline; an MBA is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a Finance role; FinTech industry experience highly preferred
• In-depth understanding of Cash Equities, Fixed Income, and Capital Markets’ business
• Experience with cashflow management and forecasting global budgets
• Previous experience using Tableau, SAP, and Salesforce
• Excellent ability to solve complex financial issues and desire to find innovative solutions
• High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
