Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our rapidly growing global workforce based in Chicago. In this role, you will manage all financial analysis and reporting across global departments. A strong candidate for this position will be familiar with working in a very fast-paced environment and enjoys the responsibility of ensuring financial competency and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain detailed financial and operating models to adapt and cooperate with the rapidly growing business
- Analyze past and current data, trends, and performance indicators and use that information to drive efficient and wise financial decisions
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and implement innovative and cost-saving operational solutions
- Understand the global impact of financial decisions based on the stakeholders’ strategy
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecast reports
- Perform detailed analysis of and review global cashflow, expenses, and trends
- Understand global environmental factors that affect the business model
- Drive the efficiency of the Finance Department and collaborate with leadership to ensure cross-functional consistency
- Evaluate current financial models and provide actionable goals and insights to assist in key decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline; an MBA is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a Finance role; FinTech industry experience highly preferred
- In-depth understanding of Cash Equities, Fixed Income, and Capital Markets’ business
- Experience with cashflow management and forecasting global budgets
- Previous experience using Tableau, SAP, and Salesforce
- Excellent ability to solve complex financial issues and desire to find innovative solutions
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
