Numerator is currently looking for a Senior FinancialAnalyst to join the Finance Team, reporting to the Director of Financial Planning &Analysis. Thismulti-department facing position will offer opportunities to drive betterbusiness partnering and insights, while also growing your communication andinterpersonal skills. You will work closely with the Sales, Services and Productteams in the reporting and planning processes and deliver value-added analysisto our stakeholders. You must have a love for numbers and problem-solving, andwant to make a positive impact with your work.

What You'll Get to Do:

· Assist the Finance team and other functionaldepartment leaders in key business projects and initiatives, with a focus onour Purchase / Insights business

· Play an active role in the development of annualbusiness plans and budgets, periodic strategic and long-range planning andother ad hoc analyses and reports

· Contribute to the development and maintenance ofmodels, forecasts and key business metrics, utilizing our cloud-based planningtool, Adaptive Insights

· Identify and understand the impact of variancesto the annual plan and forecasts

· Develop understanding of key business drivers,environmental factors and expense levers, and their financial and operational impactto the overall company

· Work directly with cross-functional businessleaders to gather, analyze, summarize and prepare recommendations regardingoperating forecasts and trended future requirements

· Prepare and analyze revenue forecasts with afocus on professional services projections and headcount requirements

· Analyze large data sets to produce actionableinformation and recommendations

· Support M&A and Corporate Developmentactivity, as required

· Leverage strong working knowledge of accountingand finance support systems including planning software, general ledger accountingsystems and BI tools to facilitate analysis


· BS / BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics orBusiness Administration

· A minimum of 3 years of experience in financialplanning and analysis

· Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills andexperience; must possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e. Pivot Tables,Formulas, VLOOKUP functions)

· Self-motivated, creative and innovative approachto problem-solving

· Demonstrated ability to make quantitative andqualitative assessments of data

· Excellent organizational skills and superior attentionto detail

· Strong communication and relationship buildingskills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety ofinternal and external stakeholders

· A record of accomplishment and delivery againstobjectives

· Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, andAdaptive Insights is a plus

· Software / SaaS / technology experiencepreferred, but not required, as is experience supporting a recurring revenue /subscription business model
