UrbanBound is looking for a Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team.  This person will report into the Director of Finance and will work closely with UrbanBound’s internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

• Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments.

• Conduct variance analysis for revenues and expenses.

• Ensure accurate reporting by reconciling balance sheet accounts.

• Ad hoc reporting and projects.

Required Skills

• 5 years of applicable accounting experience

• Solid computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel required

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Great attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
