Job Description Summary
The Treasury Manager is responsible for cash management, reporting and forecasting, working capital analysis, bank account management, debt management, and insurance for its US domestic and international operations. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking and analytical skills and be able to effectively communicate financial and operational concepts to all levels and cross-functionally. This position reports to the VP, Finance and Treasurer.
Job Duties

  • Prepare the daily cash position and initiate wire transfers for the domestic and international operations
  • Maintain the rules and mapping for the treasury management system
  • Forecast and monitor long-term and short-term cash requirements for domestic and international and complete variance analyses
  • Execute required cash movements between Company bank accounts in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
  • Perform bank fee analyses and make product recommendations to improve efficiencies and reduce fees
  • Manage the day-to-day banking relationships and prepare documentation to open, close, and amend bank accounts
  • Administer and oversee the corporate insurance program and renewal process
  • Conduct quarterly debt compliance reporting and analyses
  • Tracking and monthly reporting of debt and investment schedules
  • Responsible for documenting Treasury processes and policies and maintain/update as required
  • Ensure compliance with internal and SOX controls, policies and procedures
  • Develop efficient, effective operating reports on key drivers of business and company performance
  • Analyze financial data, draw conclusions and present recommendations on decisions and actions
  • Update and provide improvements to financial models
  • Prepare Board materials, as necessary, working with leadership
  • Proactively lead in the identification and implementation of process improvement recommendations
  • Provide ad hoc business analysis and cash modeling as required
  • Work with Accounting team to resolve monthly bank reconciliation variances

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • CTP or CPA a plus
  • 5-7 years experience in Treasury and cash management
  • Working knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis techniques
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of online bank platforms, specifically CashPro, are a plus
  • Knowledge of Workday and Essbase are a plus
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate concepts and issues to different functional areas and levels in a concise manner
  • Self-starter, a curiosity to learn, and a team player
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
