As an Industry & Customer Advocacy Specialist, you will be responsible for building Relativity’s brand reputation by telling customer stories, and helping build strategic industry relationships with analysts and third-party experts that tie into Relativity’s overall marketing initiatives and strategies. 

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of customer advocates, conduct interviews, and write about success stories
  • Prepare reports and determine metrics for ensuring effectiveness of marketing plans
  • Assist efforts around various internal and external analyst relations communications; including inquiries, briefings, distribution of important reports, and evangelizing resources internally
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and internal communications teams to ensure alignment on key messages
  • Write detailed promotional plans for strategic use of customer wins
  • Assist with the programming and promotion of industry sessions for our annual user conference, Relativity Fest, as well as other major conferences throughout the year
  • Provide customer wins as needed for keynote presentations, internal meetings, etc.
  • Work closely with internal teams to craft effective and consumable outgoing messages
  • Keep up with current e-discovery and related industry trends to ensure effective communications
  • Ensure all external communications adhere to standards and are aligned with Relativity’s strategic objectives

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or at least three years’ experience in a marketing, communications, corporate branding, or a writing-focused role
  • Learn about Relativity and our products, earn a base-level certification within 180 days

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High-level technical acumen; must be able to understand and effectively communicate complex, technical ideas to general audience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • High-touch customer service
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong proofreading capabilities 
  • Proven history of initiative, creativity, and self-motivation 
  • Excellent collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams 
  • Superior organizational skills 
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team environment with shifting priorities
