ParkWhiz is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join our Data team for the upcoming summer. If you’re ambitious, self motivated, and love to find insights through the stories that data provide, this opportunity is probably what you’re looking to find. This role is ideal for someone currently completing their degree and looking to keep their skills sharp, or gain real-world experience. This is a full time paid internship reporting directly to the Head of Business Intelligence.

What you'll do

• Over the course of your internship you’ll partner with the data and marketing teams to hone in on how to make our digital marketing strategies even more efficient (think promotions, google keywords, etc).
• Conduct customer segmentation and A/B, or multivariate testing analysis
• Identify, analyze, interpret trends in datasets to develop recommendations for new marketing campaigns
• Dig in. You’ll definitely get real work experience in analyzing real-time and historical datasets to provide insight to a growing organization

What you bring to the table

• Good analytical, insight generation and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with Marketing and statistical concepts
• Familiarity with BI Tools (Tableau, Looker)
• Good working knowledge and experience with SQL
• Proficiency with Google docs and Excel
• Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills
• Upper level undergraduate or graduate studies in relevant discipline (Finance, Marketing, Economics, CS, etc)
• Experience with Marketing Tools (Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Insights, DoubleClick) - huge plus, but not necessary
