All Campus is searching for a Design Intern to assist the design team. As a design team we build and work on a wide range of collateral for leading universities such as microsites, landing pages, display banners, applications, email templates and brochures. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated talented individual to develop their skills and gain valuable knowledge while contributing to the overall success of the team here at All Campus.

The position will include some hands-on design work and coding (if proficient). It will also involve research, analyzing data and compiling reports. Strong attention to detail as well as solid written and verbal communication skills are a must.

This is a part-time position, approximately 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling due to class schedule or other needs, with the ability to be up to a 40-hour per week internship during school breaks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the design team with marketing efforts to support existing clients and onboarding new clients including helping package & present ideas.
  • Analyzing data such as heatmaps, scroll maps, funnels and recordings to help the team make meaningful insights about visitor behavior.
  • Researching brands, reviewing competitors and looking at industry trends.
  • Wireframing, prototyping and conceptualizing design ideas.
  • Collaborative critiquing of design work and brainstorming solutions.
  • Working across a number of teams and stakeholders that include SEO, Content, Developers, Partnership Relations and Leadership.

Education and Experience:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Undergraduate degree in Design or related (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of prototyping software (Figma, Sketch, Moqups etc)
  • Knowledge of CMS, specifically WordPress an advantage.
  • Able to hand-code HTML and CSS to meet modern coding standards and some understanding JavaScript and JQuery a bonus.
  • Experience with email marketing & automation
  • Ability to multitask and contribute to a number of projects at any one given time
