We are seeking an Inside Sales Intern who will work closely with Inside Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers, assisting in projects and activities focused on supporting the sales team in driving revenue. We offer an established career path within our direct sales team for ongoing career opportunity, and this internship provides a stepping stone for those looking to network into an exciting sales role after graduation.


The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Reporting to work onsite and on time, on a daily basis is an essential function of the job
  • Assist in coordination and communication of monthly sales contests as needed
  • Improve back end accessibility of presentations in our sales presentation tool: Clear Slide
  • Gather and provide information on staff milestones for monthly Director meetings
  • Package and distribute sales collateral to dealers as requested
  • Research and provide daily talking points to Regional Sales Managers for sales huddles including industry information and dealer tips
  • Weekly reporting as requested by RSMs
  • Assist in lead qualification and data verification through cold calling
  • Embrace change with creative and innovative solutions
  • Continue self-development through formalized CV programs and self-driven research
  • Collaborate with team members, managers and cross functional departments when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communication as well as in-person and over the phone.
  • Proven interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to deliver high quality work results on time
  • Ability to communicate in a way that demonstrates respect for individual differences and crafts messages based on audience needs
  • Capability to adapt both quickly and resourcefully to shifting priorities
  • Ability to engage others in own work by demonstrating a sense of optimism, ownership and commitment
  • Superb organizational skills

Required Skills

  • PC literacy is necessary including MS Office, Excel and Outlook
  • Tracking, analyzing and reporting (including creating effective presentations) of key metrics/data
  • Preferred previous project management support

Required Experience

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team oriented environment and a desire to work on challenging projects
  • Organized and detail oriented with a can do approach to projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 
  • Proven ability analyzing data and creating metrics
  • Excel experience
  • Learning agility, multi-tasking abilities, strong organizational skills
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a current college student or 2018 graduate
