Job Summary

Our enterprise team is looking for sharp, analytical, energetic interns to work in our customer facing managed service group. Our enterprise sales delivery team offers its clients a sales tool using powerful data analytics to create sales opportunities for their sales employees. The Business Analyst/Customer Insight Specialist will be trained to use our software on behalf of the customer to track, report and generate actionable influence on sales team behavior.

This position reports into our enterprise sales and delivery team and will have exposure working with upper management and our program management office on a consistent basis.

Internship Timeframe:

The internship will last for a period of six (6) months. Interns will be required to work three (3) days a week for five (5) hours a day. Schedules are flexible within those parameters.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist Account Managers with sales behavior analytics reporting
  • Research and gather information about how our customers are using our software
  • Participate in client facing briefing sessions
  • Document all activity in CRM tool

Qualifications and Skills

  • Junior or senior student status
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Effective communication, presentation, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a fast-learner and enjoy an active sales office environment

Benefits

  • Job Type: Internship
  • Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour
