What You’ll Do:

We are excited about adding an ambitious, detailed, outgoing, and super organized Law Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be entering their 2L or 3L year, with a passion for law and process. We are open to part time or full time candidates and are looking for someone who wants to develop their skills in a fast paced, high growth organization.

Key Responsibilities and Attributes:

• Provide administrative support to the Legal team
• Excited about organizing and prioritizing
• Legal review of incoming contracts
• Legal research of issues that are presented in various contracts
• Ability to manage multiple projects/contracts
• Interest in various areas of law that impact a startup: employment law, contract law, securities, etc
• High energy, enthusiastic personality

Need to Haves:

• Current law school student, entering 2L or 3L year
• Possess keen attention to detail, especially in written communication
• Warm, friendly personality and strong communication skills
• Must communicate effectively and efficiently with all company associates and business contacts, whether in person, over the phone or in writing.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple initiatives.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience using DocuSign
• Have completed Business Organizations
• Received a B- or better in Contracts
• Have employment law experience or have completed a course related to labor and employment law
