Job Description
Under the direction of the General Counsel, the legal intern will assist on projects that include contract review and management, policy updates, and other responsibilities as assigned.
- DURATION: June 21, 2021 – August 27, 2021
- JOB TYPE: Part-time, Internship
- PAY: Up to $20.00 per hour depending on experience
- SCHEDULE: 3 days a week/8 hour per day
What You’ll Do
- Assisting with the drafting of documents
- General document reviews and summaries
- Conducting legal research and compiling information
- Assisting with management of Company vendor and location agreements
- Researching and drafting of Company policies
- Other work as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Must be a current law student at an ABA accredited law school
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters in person, over the phone and in writing
- Strong writing, drafting, research and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to being a team player
- Excellent organizational skills, as well as being detail and deadline oriented
- Strong moral and ethical principles
- Receptive to feedback and actively pursues lifelong development and learning
- Communicates in a direct, open and honest manner
- Ability to switch tasks frequently and prioritize tasks
