The role.

Our goal is to provide you with a well-rounded, meaningful experience this summer to help you grow professionally.  You will be contributing to the success of the company from day 1, with the following responsibilities:

  • Process Creation & Optimization: logistics.

  • Business Development: competitive intelligence, surveys, analytics.

  • Product Development: field failure root-cause, alpha/beta testing, feature vetting.

  • Program Management: assist in developing and executing against integrated schedules.

  • Miscellaneous: hands-on testing, prototyping, debugging, you name it (and we all do it too!).

  • This position is unpaid with a commute stipend

We’re still a small team, so it feels more like people, not departments, working together to get projects done. I work with the customer experience team members to make improvements for individual customers as well as taking inspiration for improvements for all of our devices.

Designing, building, and having ownership on resilient and high availability systems. I have full ownership of various parts of SW that has provided new perspectives on how to approach problems which need to be tackled. The decisions made to solve those problems directly impact our customers use and trust of our product and service on a daily basis
