About the position

As a People Analytics intern at Showpad, you will work closely together with our People Data & Technology Analyst and our Global Director of People Operations on projects across our People team (People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development), varying between data review, implementation of Looker, performance and attrition analyses or other projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Data preparation for our business intelligence tool (Looker), which will include cleaning, organizing & formatting legacy HRIS data, performance and engagement data, as well as assisting in the development of business intelligence schemas
• Support our recurring performance and attrition analyses
• Support further development of our recent HRIS deployment, including enabling reporting & dashboard access for our business managers

Skills and qualifications we are looking for

• Undergraduate student in an HR, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or data-related field (Analytics or Science)
• Experience working with & manipulating data sets
• A genuine interest in People Analytics and HR tools
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Detail-oriented
• Able to handle confidential information maturely
• Previous experience in an HR or Data role is a plus
