Product Design Intern (Chicago Loop)
At Vail the UX & Design Team advocates for user-centered design in all our enterprise applications, following an analytical process to arrive at solutions that not only work but feel natural and easy to grasp. We believe enterprise product design starts with an understanding of the user's needs, and strives to balance those needs with the real-world constraints of business requirements and technical resources.
Vail's Product Design Intern will support the UX & Design Team in implementing company-wide design standards for application development. They will have the opportunity to own the end-to-end product development of an internal tool for Vail Software Engineers to access and understand the technical framework for our design system. The project will encompass user research, wireframing, design validation with users, UI design, and consulting with software engineers on technical feasibility.
