We are looking for an ambitious self-starter to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. In this role you will learn the ins and outs of a talent acquisition function and gain valuable experience within all functional areas of Technology, Trading, and Business Operations. Through mentorship from senior leaders and ownership of projects, you’ll have the opportunity to gain practical skills that will take your career in recruiting to the next level.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will work closely with the recruiting team and business stakeholders to support hiring strategies via sourcing, scheduling, and coordination of recruitment related initiatives and programming.

This internship is an in-office, part-time opportunity available to start immediately. Hours expected are between 10-20 hours per week and can be flexible around class schedule. There is an opportunity to receive a full-time position upon graduation.

What you’ll do:

• Review, maintain, and organize data in our applicant tracking system to support various cross-department processes
• Document and optimize recruitment processes
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across all departments
• Collaborate with team members on strategy research projects and ad hoc deliverables
• Assist in identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for open positions

What you’ll need:

• Current enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate program; Major/Specialization in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Business or related area preferred – Spring or Summer 2022 grad
• A high level of professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
• Ability to set priorities and multitask
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment authorization for this job opening
