Job Description
The Fraud Analyst will assist the Compliance Team, with performing the daily tasks that are necessary to achieve the objectives of the Company’s fraud prevention and identification program. This role will be located in Chicago, IL.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with customers to determine the nature of transactions
- Speak with customers to approve onboarding for online trading platform
- Request documentation for customers who are deemed high risk
- Detect fraud through customer onboarding procedures
- Gather additional account information from customers who pass fraud related onboarding questions
- Submit customers to DigitalMint’s investigations team if fraud is detected
- Assist fraud department with timely filing of reports
- Assist fraud department with the creation of fraud prevention controls
- Help with designing of fraud technology solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 Years customer facing experience
- 1 year fraud experience
- Available to work evenings (until 7pm)
- Writing proficiency
- Preferred: Experience with customer service platforms preferred (e.g., Zendesk)
- Preferred: Spanish speaking
