Job Description

The KYC/EDD Analyst will assist the Compliance Team, with performing the daily tasks that are necessary to achieve the objectives of the Company’s BSA/AML Compliance Program, and associated Policies and Procedures.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn and become proficient at all products, technologies, applications, & product offerings provided by DigitalMint
  • Efficiently and accurately review all DigitalMint locations and determine necessary response actions
  • Efficiently and accurately review DigitalMint’s designated high risk customers
  • Conduct customer enhanced due diligence outreach calls and make risked based decisions regarding customer retention
  • Assist with the onboarding of new locations
  • Assist with ensuring DigitalMint adheres to all KYC, CIP, CDD, and EDD policy requirements
  • Assist with High-Risk Customer policy design and implementation
  • Assist with Location Risk scoring policy design implementation

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 or more years of experience at a financial institution
  • 1 or more years of customer support experience
  • 1 or more year investigations experience
  • 1 or more years of CDD experience
  • AML-related certification (e.g., CAMS, CFCS)
  • Understanding of OFAC, BSA/AML, and USA PATRIOT Act & risk management principles
  • Prior experience working at a Bank or other financial institution
  • Basic foundational knowledge regarding Bitcoin and Blockchain technologies
  • Be a good communicator
  • Excited to challenge the status quo of processes and ready to bring new ideas to the process
  • Ability to switch tasks frequently and prioritize tasks
