Tiege Hanley is “Uncomplicated Skin Care for Men®”.    Tiege Hanley is a three-year-old company that sells subscription skin care boxes at Tiege.com.  Our mission is to help men look and feel amazing.   We do it by providing men with the highest quality skin care products on the market, packaged as a simplified system and sold at an awesome price.  

Tiege Hanley’s Digital Marketing Team is charged with helping to create and deliver marketing programs to support the sales growth of the company.

The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator is in charge of the management and outreach to publishers, bloggers and some influencers to help promote the sale of Tiege branded product through their recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment – Identifies publishers, bloggers, and influencers for growth of the affiliate program.  Executes outreach emails. Works to increase join rates through testing
• Reporting – Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and end of year reporting.  Lists of opportunities, trends, and red flags. Tracks and analyzes performance campaigns and recommends improvements.
• Strategy – Develops a quarterly strategy road map for the growth of the program.  Executes the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs to support recruitment, activation and optimization efforts.   Communicates and constantly looks to streamline and improve tactics to maximize efficiencies.
• Account Operations - Manages the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including managing affiliate application questions, deployment of creative assets, etc. while ensuring program details are accurate and up-to-date. Monitors affiliates' marketing methods frequently to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with each program's terms and conditions. Ensures clients are paid accurately, on time.
• Other – Lead or assist other digital marketing projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree: Business, Marketing or Economics
• Direct affiliate marketing experience (in-house, agency, network)
• Knowledge of Affiliate Networks Reversion or similar: ShareASale, Commission Junction, etc
• Frequent user of main social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat
