MCD Partners, a member of M&C Saatchi Worldwide, is a talented group of designers, developers, storytellers, and strategists—who share a passion for bringing beautiful digital experiences to life.

We’re looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves, digital ACD with a copy background. Projects are centered on UX and customer experience, but often include marketing-focused elements. This is a fulltime or FL to FT position that will initially be remote, but eventually transition to in-office at either our NYC or Chicago office.

Responsibilities:

• Lead creative development across disciplines on digital initiatives that include both heavy UX and marketing elements
• Create thoughtful copy that’s both clear and engaging
• Manage design and copy resources on a project basis
• Effectively present creative and copy to internal teams and client partners
• Show your conceptual and strategic chops—and your ability to balance creativity with business objectives
• Collaborate closely with UX, design, production, account, and clients

Qualifications:

• Deep digital experience on large-scale UX projects and site work—with a portfolio to prove it
• Can easily shift gears from UX to marketing, and back again
• Detail freak with some UX and content strategy DNA coursing through your veins
• Strong creative leader that's able to give clear design, copy and UX direction
• Comfortable working within different processes, including an agile framework
• A history of success working with major brands
• Financial services experience a plus
