Real Estate Analyst
Puttshack is an innovative social entertainment concept, combining the world’s only high-tech mini golf experience with a high-quality food and beverage offering to deliver a one-of-a-kind hospitality experience. Based in Chicago with offices in London, Puttshack is in the process of rolling out across the United States and the United Kingdom. It is also in pursuit of partnership opportunities, via licensing and franchising, in the European Union, the Middle East, and Asia.
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who wants to experience the excitement of an early-stage growth company. In this role, the individual will work directly with C-Suite executives, gain hands-on experience with business development strategies across various initiatives, and develop an understanding of an exciting new entertainment venture. The role is real estate focused but includes elements of finance, law, and marketing.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Assist with the company’s domestic site selection process by developing and managing tools to analyze market and site opportunities
- Create in-depth Excel models to analyze strategic financial initiatives
- Work directly with Development and Executive team to provide input on real estate strategies and opportunities
- Review, provide input, and negotiate long-term real estate leases and LOI’s nationally
- Attend meetings and form relationships with brokers, contractors, and attorneys to expand pipeline
- Assist with management of project management platform across multiple disciplines
- Become expert in domestic and international trademark and franchise laws
- Network and connect with potential global license/franchise partners
Who We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in finance, real estate, marketing, or business analytics
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling a must
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively individually, as well as with the overall team
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on one’s feet
- Strong interest in the hospitality or food and beverage industry a plus
- Bachelor’s degree
