CHANNEL STRATEGIST

This person should be familiar in ad channels across social platforms, Google Ads, individual ad units, PPC, retargeting, email marketing and fluent of their capabilities and best practices. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a genuine interest in providing strategic leadership, and displays passion in the evolution of technologies. You are a proactive individual and can be relied on to, for the most part, autonomously mange and execute campaigns.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop ad strategy across channels.
Plan and manage within budget.
Conduct regular reporting analyses on campaigns.
Identify and implement advanced optimization tactics.
Manage and understand projections and make proposals on tools to use to achieve them.
Serve as the subject matter expert on engagement and digital trends.
Create and execute testing on all campaigns, take learnings and adapt quickly.
Possess analytical ability to extract insight from data and plan next steps across multiple channels.
Displays advanced organizational skills in order to manage to set 90-day execution plan(s) to achieve key metrics (KPI’s).

JOB REQUIRMENTS

Minimum 2+ years of work experience delivering advertising campaigns in biddable or paid media at an agency or in-house.

Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Be curious and never stop learning.
Work in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
Excited to work in a fast-paced environment, with a growing company.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong aptitude for getting creative on-the-fly.
Flexibility to both work independently and collaboratively within a team.
