Content Marketing Manager/Copy Writer

FourKites, the world’s leading supply chain visibility platform, is looking for a detail-oriented, high-velocity and persuasive story-teller to join our rapidly growing Marketing team.

The Content Marketing Manager/Copy Writer will build brand awareness and drive revenue through high-impact, creative content and messaging that showcases our market leadership, customer success and rapidly growing network. Responsible for creating a broad range of impactful written assets, including blogs, presentations, ebooks, case studies and more, you will work closely with other members of the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies that support demand generation, thought leadership and sales enablement.

Content team members play a critical role within the FourKites Marketing team by ensuring quality of all external-facing content and identifying opportunities to add value using industry and organizational expertise. The ideal candidate for this position is a high-velocity creative storyteller, a voracious learner, a detailed editor and a great collaborator.

Responsibilities:

• Craft interesting, original, well-researched pieces to drive inbound traffic and nurture existing leads; including but not limited to blog posts, social media postings, infographics, emails, video or webinar scripts and other content as needed
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Growth, Event Marketing and Sales to maintain complementary content plans that maximize impact and contribute to org-wide goals
• Manage the production of customer, solution and industry marketing materials, including case studies, slides/presentations, sales enablement materials and content for trade shows and conferences
• Own content library and customer reference library
• Serve as copy editor and quality control for all external-facing materials, ensuring brand standards are met and identifying opportunities to add value whenever possible

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years’ experience in writing-focused marketing or communications roles
• Experience writing for enterprise software or supply chain/logistics industries a plus
• Excellent communication, research, and collaboration skills, with experience writing for print, video and web
• Experience with web content management systems, marketing automation, and content production tools and systems a plus
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn and a “get it done” attitude required
