As a Marketing Coordinator for the Driver Marketing team, you'll have your hands in launching campaigns across a growing number of channels to build loyalty and trust with our delivery partners, alert them of new programs and product features, and assist in building out our lifecycle communications. You'll act as the go-to resource for ad-hoc projects and communications to our network of contracted delivery partners; support campaign development and collaborate cross-functionally with operational and product stakeholders, creative resources, and the other CRM teams.
The Impact You Will Make

  • Assist in the implementation of the company's driver marketing strategy, supporting the execution of CRM and retention strategies across email, in-product messaging, push notifications, in-app tutorials/ walkthroughs, and more
  • Support development of programmatic and ad hoc campaigns by working with the marketing team, stakeholders and creative resources
  • Keep a pulse on our campaign metrics, understanding how our campaigns are performing
  • Assist in the creation of new campaigns by working closely with our brand/creative teams coordinating project details, organizing requests, and ensuring timelines are met
  • Own the team's campaign calendar and Comms deck to provide updates for key stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Own the team's ad hoc request queue and communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables for the department and stakeholders
  • Tackle process improvement and standardization of campaign management, keeping documents, decks, libraries and other reference materials current


What You Bring to the Table

  • BA in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or another quantitative field
  • 0-2 year(s) of Marketing work or internship experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write ad hoc email content, assist in developing tutorials, and landing page copy when necessary
  • Working knowledge of retention marketing channels; desire to deepen knowledge in lifecycle strategies
  • Strong project management / coordination experience
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter, eager to dive in and learn, always looking for opportunities to better understand our audience, tools, and how our product offerings work
  • Positive attitude and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity

  • Analytical mindset - experience working with email engagement data to draw conclusions and make suggestions for improvement
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM
  • Previous experience with/working knowledge of any of the following: SQL, Datastudio, Tableau, Slack, Google Workspace (or similar online co-working applications such as Microsoft Office), Zoom, Braze (or other ESP such as Marketo, Hubspot, etc.)
