Corporate Communications Associate
The Corporate Communications Associate will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our company as a key member of both our sales center and corporate teams and is responsible for conveying GoHealth’s message both internally and externally to key business stakeholders and interested parties.
This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape and directly impact the overall success of a new department. This role will work closely with multiple teams, departments, business stakeholders, and locations; creating a variety of projects and endless opportunities for personal and professional growth.
This role will work closely with the Senior Manager Corporate Communications to help implement strategies to prepare program leaders and teams as they implement change initiatives and optimize technology to increase employee awareness and promote learning and productivity. Externally, they may assist in communicating with clients and other interested parties to garner information to ensure accurate announcement of new products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that employees are aware of organizational changes, initiatives and projects within the company
- Draft and help distribute executive messages, learning materials, presentations and internal memos, to share relevant information
- Assist in developing and maintaining employee communication methods and platforms, print materials and change strategies, as needed
- Assist the Senior Manager Corporate Communications with communications and change management support as it relates to executives, program leaders and agents
- Analyze and measure communication initiative success to inform the development of communication initiatives or to modify existing to improve effectiveness
- Provide overall support for the open enrollment ramp project; help manage the communication component and support agent and leadership readiness
- Curate and coordinate communication tools and vendors
- Establish performance standards and objectives for instructors (content specialists)
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or related discipline
- Portfolio of work and/or writing samples that demonstrate the ability to engage an audience and accomplish a communication objective
- 2-5 years of experience in similar field preferred.
- Strong written, verbal and editing skills
- Experience in media studies and the production of written, mass, and interpersonal communications, preferred
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented and execute on a number of projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate with both internal and external customers at all levels of the organization
- Ability to quickly grasp and synthesize complex issues
