About The Position:

This job is bananas. It’s the opportunity to join a crazy talented creative team of copywriters, graphic designers, motion designers, and videographers to make amazing things for clients — from go-to-market branding, to stunning websites and videos, to cross-channel creative campaigns. In this role, you would work under the Creative Director to ideate brand / marketing strategy, develop written content, and help manage and guide projects from scratch to screen.

From writing hilarious commercials about beef sandwiches, to planning out badass emails about luxury private jets, to driving traffic towards a heartwarming landing page for a local non-profit — you will be asked to juggle and prioritize multiple, wildly different projects on tight deadlines with a flexible team and potentially vague direction that is open to interpretation and run-on sentences (whew!). It can be a lot, but it’s incredibly fun and rewarding teamwork with tons of potential to rapidly develop your skills and career.

Job Description:

The following will be just a few of the responsibilities you will be assigned:

  • Meeting with clients and asking questions to understand their specific needs and goals
  • Creating a brand identity to achieve client goals
  • Developing and presenting a cross-channel marketing strategy to achieve client goals  
  • Ideating and managing creative deliverables (brand identity, ads, videos, websites) to execute strategy
  • Reporting on key metrics across SEO, PPC, Email, and social channels
  • Refining digital creative strategy based on ongoing results and client feedback

Required Skills:

  • Strong copywriting skills across digital channels (website, email, social, print) with the ability to be the engaging, original voice of very different brands across very different industries
  • Solid knowledge of basic strategic principles across digital channels
  • Enthusiasm to learn new skills, take on new challenges every day
  • Thrive working in a collaborative team environment
  • Outstanding presentation & communication skills
  • Must be very organized, punctual, and detail oriented
  • Fast learner & interested in new technologies
  • The ability to remain cool as a cucumber in stressful situations

Compensation:
