Job Summary:

Working under moderate supervision the Customer Retention and Growth (CRG) Analyst will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of reports that will enable the North American Account Management to gain key insights around customer renewals, churn, and module usage.  The CRG Analyst will provide analytical insight into GTreasury’s current North American client base.  As a CRG Analyst, you will assist in identifying problem accounts and work cross-functionally with Account Management, Services, and Customer Success to mitigate the risk of cancellation of subscription products and proactively identify growth patterns with GTreasury’s North American client base.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Work in collaboration with Sales Operations to fully map out and maintain GTreasury’s North American client renewal schedule. 
  • Work in collaboration with Sales Operations to fully map out subscription history for all GTreasury North American clients and maintain accurate reporting of contracted modules in SFDC.
  • Gather and maintain client information in relevant databases (SFDC), including but not limited to, product usage data, case data, satisfaction data, financial data and perform analysis to identify possible at-risk clients based on data trends.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of GTreasury products and services, account, and billing processes, various policies and procedures and points of escalation related to service delivery and product; work closely with these teams as needed for issue resolution.
  • Leverage internal resources like Pendo to track, report, and analyze a customer’s adoption of contracted modules
  • Excellent analytical skills – ability to derive logical, data-driven business insights turn those insights into plans

Who we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS or software company.
  • 1-2 year experience as a data analyst
  • Highly proficient in Mircosoft Excel and creating, managing, and analyzing complex reports
  • Proficient with brand name CRM systems and adherence to process
  • Experience working with, and managing, stakeholders and customers
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
  • Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred or equivalent experience
