We are seeking an energetic team player who is a creative and proactive thinker to oversee all aspects of paid search optimization for clients through Sentic's proprietary management platform.
The Paid Search Manager is often the lead day-to-day subject matter expert for her or his assigned clients, providing strategic recommendations, analysis, and reporting as well as responding to ad-hoc requests.
Responsibilities:
- Regular communication with customers
- Present actionable findings to clients and Customer Success team
- Support for ad-hoc client reports and analyses
- Provide initial, and ongoing, client training for successful use of the platform
- Assist in onboarding process for new clients
- Partner with the sales team for product demos
- Develop a clear understanding of customer goals to determine solutions through the platform
Requirements:
- College degree
- 2+ years of experience in paid search
- Proven history of managing multiple client demands
- Proficient in AdWords, Bing, Google Analytics, and other industry digital marketing and analytics tools
- Ability to pull actionable insights from campaign data and clearly communicate them to the team or customer
- Experience driving paid search strategies for e-commerce businesses
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative and Energetic
