Rewards Network is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Demand Generation Manager to help our marketing team build out a high-powered customer acquisition engine. The Demand Generation Manager will communicate Rewards Network’s value propositions and offerings to restaurant decision makers to create mass awareness for our services and capture high quality leads. This person will plan campaigns and collaborate with multiple internal departments, as well as external partners, to execute initiatives. Their decisions will be analytics-driven as they dive deep into existing/new online and offline marketing channels. This person would also work with B2C teams to suggest and test tactics to grow our member base.
Key Responsibilities:
•Drive and own execution of Rewards Network’s demand generation strategy
•Build out MarTech stack and offline marketing channels for ongoing brand awareness and lead generation
•Plan, develop, and execute campaigns that provide a steady volume of marketing and sales qualified leads 
•Manage core B2B marketing channels including email, SEO, remarketing, paid search along with external agency
•Work closely with B2B team to develop content calendar and execute in coordination with content team
•Increase website conversions through A/B testing and implementation of various conversion tools
•Develop marketing segments and targeted campaigns by gaining a deep understanding of RN’s customers, products, and buyer journeys 
•Manage partnership marketing through an affiliate network, strategic marketing partners, and/or influencers
•Coordinate with design team on optimizing website for conversion, including implementation and optimization of website conversion tools
•Create landing pages to test and optimize conversion from acquisition channels
•Accurately report on the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives through KPIs such as contribution to sales pipeline, campaign and channel ROI, lead acquisition, and engagement
•Work with B2C team to plan activation and engagement channels for members
Qualifications:
•7+ years in a demand generation role, B2B highly preferable
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field
•Demonstrated ability strategizing, implementing, and optimizing the marketing mix across numerous channels with successful lead acquisition results
•Strong experience managing digital channels (AdWords, display, retargeting, paid social, email marketing)
•Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and execution against an established SEO roadmap
•Self-starter with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion and work within cross-functional teams
•Very analytical and data driven mindset, with experience in analytic/reporting tools such as Google Analytics and BI platforms
•Experience creating and managing marketing partnerships and affiliate programs
•An extremely curious mind to try new things, test countless variations, and dig deep to explore all possible angles
•Experience with Salesforce CRM
•Experience working in the restaurant industry preferred
