About the role
We are currently looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our collaborative and creative team. This is a unique opportunity to own a key growth function within Returnly through lead generation and pipeline creation. As Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of various acquisition channels including nurture, email, search, display, and social acquisition channels, and work with the marketing team to optimize lead flow, platform use and growth, metrics and reporting.
What you'll be doing
- Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs, which include, but are not limited to, webinars, emails, nurtures, paid media, content syndication, etc.
- Develop segmented nurture campaigns to drive bottom-of-funnel conversions.
- Work with the sales team to optimize the lead processes to increase sales velocity, and develop ABM strategies for targeted follow-ups.
- Conduct keyword rich content to maximize SEO optimization.
- Measure and analyze weekly dashboards to understand where opportunity exists.
About you
- 3-5 years of experience in a B2B demand generation role
- Strong track record of driving leads and funnel conversion programs
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics
- Understanding of E-Commerce is a big plus
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously in a dynamic work environment
