Job Description

As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will support the marketing team in implementing strategies across digital channels: email marketing, SEM, and social media. You are highly organized, data-driven, a team player, and are passionate about your craft.

In this role, you will...

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to customers and prospects to achieve company goals.
• Create and manage SEM campaigns to customers and prospects to achieve company goals
• Prepare and develop regular social media content to support and enhance our brand presence
• Measure and analyze digital campaign effectiveness and tweak approach as necessary to achieve key metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years relevant experience
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, AdWords, SEM Rush, and Salesforce.com desired
• Extremely organized and data-driven
• Ability to work across multiple teams and brands
• Ability to tie success back to ROI and communicating that success to team members
