Demand Generation Strategist
Sprout Social is seeking a talented Demand Generation Strategist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for keeping a pulse on our marketing funnel metrics and rolling out strategic initiatives to convert more leads to MQLs and qualified opportunities into revenue. They will use their skills to measure conversion across the funnel, partner with Sales to improve the handoff and implement tactics to boost lead conversion and velocity.
Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who's skilled at inserting themselves into initiatives and can turn ideas into action. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and leaning in to solve hard problems. You're as comfortable partnering with Marketing Ops to optimize our lead scoring model as you are with leading Sales meetings on pipeline health. You're a Salesforce pro, are experienced in Marketing Automation (bonus if it's Marketo!) and geek out on SaaS metrics.
Our marketing team has helped us reach 30,000 customers worldwide including the Chicago Bulls, Sony Electronics, Indiana University, Make-a-wish Foundation, Edelman, and Subaru. These businesses rely on Sprout to create stronger relationships with their customers through social media. The strategic programs you influence will have a direct impact on our new business growth.
If you're an analytical Marketer who's passionate about leveraging data to connect the dots, solve hard problems, and drive business change, this could be a great fit for you.
