Maropost is searching for a talented, full-time marketing professional to join our growing Chicago Office. The right person will have digital marketing experience specifically in the areas of email marketing, paid media (SEM, PPC, display, remarketing, paid social), and organic search. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and enjoys implementing new technologies to drive results and will be an integral part of the Marketing team, executing work tied directly to company goals and KPIs. This role reports into our Director of Demand Generation but will touch many aspects and people across our entire marketing department.

Your Opportunity

  • Execute digital marketing plans to help Maropost increase lead generation and brand awareness in North America and international markets
  • Utilize digital marketing channels (including email, SEM, PPC, display, remarketing, paid social, organic search, and more) to acquire a qualified, engaged pipeline of leads 
  • Create target audiences and launch digital campaigns that engage, inform and convert to leads
  • Handle daily account maintenance including questions regarding creative, tracking, and campaign delivery 
  • Work with the team to help brainstorm and execute new growth strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Adhere to digital media budgets and manage spend for the highest ROI
  • Report on performance and key KPIs, as well as make investment recommendations to leadership

What You'll Need to Bring to Maropost

  • You’re creative, analytical, and enjoy implementing new technologies to drive results
  • Must be a driven problem solver with the ability to find innovative solutions
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple outlets of information
  • Must possess a flexible disposition and respond well to high-pressure situations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks and paying great attention to details
  • Effectively manages time to ensure needs are met and productivity is maximized
  • Able to work independently, as well as with a team of smart, hard-working and collaborative people
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Experience in scaling content creation and distribution
  • Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative 
  • Passion for technology and cutting-edge industry trends
  • Extensive experience with the Google Marketing Platform (Google Ads, Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager, Optimize)
  • Experience driving lead acquisition for B2B software and a history of achieving pipeline goals
  • Proven experience managing paid media budgets and channels (SEM, PPC, display, remarketing, paid social)
  • Ability to build a strategic plan and clearly tie program execution and pipeline metrics up to the strategy
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and all levels of management
  • Interest in emerging technologies and best practices in B2B tech marketing
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 5+ years related experience

The tools you’ll use:

  • You should be familiar with SFDC and Pardot
  • SEO Tools like Moz or SEMRush
  • You’ve made some landing pages in Instapage or Unbounce
  • You know your way around Convert.
