Now, it is the time to on-board marketing experts, like you, to take our company to the next level.

Even though this position is remote, you must be local to Chicago area to attend in-person meetings, strategy and planning sessions.

You will be among the first few individuals to drive marketing efforts at Captivix. You must have an entrepreneurial mindset and be excited to lead a small team.  You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining digital marketing and lead generation initiatives.

We will be counting on you for the following

• Refine and identify digital marketing strategy and best channels to invest in.
• Create, execute and manage a winning marketing plan.
• Develop video and content strategy, and develop targeted content/copy.
•  Manage campaigns across multi channels: email, paid, affiliate, social, influencer, etc.
• Track website and campaign performance; take appropriate actions for improvements.
• Work team and partners to drive SEO.
• Able to wear multiple hats and make things happen.
• Hire intern and other team as needed to scale marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years’ experience building effective digital presence and marketing funnels
• Experience with WordPress, and other tools such as AgileCRM, HubSpot, Google Analytics a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred
• Previous technology firm experience a HUGE plus
