The Role:

NowPow is looking for a creative, experienced Digital Marketing Manager to implement and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will align digital strategies with the NowPow’s thought leadership, engagement strategies, lead generation, and conversion goals. Our ideal candidate is passionate about developing integrated marketing campaigns that help deliver a robust pipeline and booking goals, as well as speak to our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage website and digital lead generation mechanisms to increase onsite conversion rates
• Leverage marketing automation and lead management tools to streamline marketing tasks and programs to gain meaningful data
• Create personas and audience channel strategies to reach and move target prospects through the buyer journey.
• Implement and manage a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase search engine results and grow organic website traffic
• Help optimize the NowPow website to increase conversions, including testing calls to action, building landing pages, solution pages, resource hubs.
• Suggest and develop new multi-campaigns and digital advertising across multiple channels
• Establish and track metrics for assessing performance and identifying discrepancies
• Create marketing materials to support product launches and other go-to-market needs
• Manage and grow online reviews from current users and customers and work with the customer success team to increase review responses
• Serve as brand champion, providing thought leadership, prospect and customer content bundles, develop cross-blogging partnerships, and securing speaking engagements
• Grow NowPow brand awareness and market position through social media channels and new engagement strategies to increase followers and conversions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
• 3+ years of experience in demand generation role for SaaS products/B2B or proven experience in a similar position
• Robust knowledge of marketing automation, segmentation, and marketing funnel metrics
• In-depth understanding of landing pages, digital marketing, and advertising

Recommended:

• Experience in health care
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with HTML and website design (e.g., WordPress, other web page programs)
• Expertise in multi-stage demand gen funnels and related technologies including marketing automation (e.g., Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo) and CRM (e.g., Insightly, Salesforce)
• SEO / SEM expertise
• Paid media experience, including LinkedIn and Google Ads
