This role location is flexible between Chicago and Evanston.  We are looking for a customer-centric, passionate and data-driven marketing manager who will create awareness of Truss’ brand through a variety of digital channels. In this role, you will identify and position Truss with target market segments, delighting and inspiring them at each stage in their path to finding new office space. Email, social, content generation, SEO are all in your wheelhouse and you love the variety of working across all channels. As digital marketing evolves, you are learning about new ways to reach customers and testing messaging along the way. You thrive in a fast growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Build content strategy and calendar to promote across all channels
  • Create awareness of the Truss brand through digital channels email, SEO and social media
  • Write content for the Truss blog in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Write content for the Truss website
  • Work with designer to build compelling email campaigns
  • Build and execute social media strategy across all platforms
  • Test and monitor campaign performance across all channels

Qualifications:

  • Up to 5 years digital marketing experience
  • BA in Marketing, Communications or Advertising
  • Experience crafting compelling messaging across channels, and developing targeted content strategies
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to drive decision making and marketing effectiveness
  • Experience in marketing automation tools including email platforms, CMS and social media platforms
  • Ability to adapt and work in a progressive, dynamic, changing environment
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage and maintain multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercial Real Estate experience nice to have
  • Ability to have fun at work
