Launched in 1999, ShowingTime has developed the technology that automates the scheduling and management of residential real estate showings across North America. Its software and services are used by real estate professionals, buyers and sellers to schedule millions of showing appointments each month across multiple platforms. To continue our growth, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to help execute campaigns that drive demand for our products. Our marketing team is committed to increasing sales-qualified leads 30% year over year, with metrics in place to track toward the goal. In this role you will contribute to all lead generation activities including email marketing, marketing automation and database management. You’ll be part of a team of marketers working closely with our Vice President of Marketing.

Our Digital Marketing Project Manager will:

  • Help develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for lead generation
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, personalization, segmentation and creative
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend steps to increase conversions
  • Maintain and ensure high levels of data hygiene and integrity with a focus on list growth
  • Provide recommendations for automation opportunities
  • Manage campaign processes, nurturing structures, scoring triggers, behavioral triggers and lead management workflows
  • Serve as deliverability lead on the team, performing day-to-day detailed execution/scheduling and coordination of logistics of email and other digital channels
  • Review and proof all email campaigns and other collateral pieces

Required experience/skills:

  • Working knowledge of marketing automation (e.g., Pardot or HubSpot) and Salesforce
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience
