Description
Manages, measures, and optimizes day-to-day elements of digital marketing, SEM, and social media programs. Collaborates with marketing peers to deliver effective, integrated digital marketing programs that generate leads for the business.
- Manages SEM accounts, including bids, keyword analysis and positioning, and assisting in the creation and launch of new ad campaigns to support lead generation efforts.
- Generates reports and analyzes programs to evaluate ongoing performance of programs against established key performance indicators, and continually assess opportunities to optimize spending.
- Manages keyword, ad copy, and landing page tests, using approved methodology, to identify successful messaging.
- Develops digital marketing campaign assets, including ads, landing pages, and social media in accordance with policy, procedures, and timelines.
- Ensures campaigns and assets are integrated between platforms and measured, including validation of data accuracy, system monitoring and resolution of data integrity issues between 3rd party applications, and internal systems to ensure data is synching and lead generation data is accurate.
- Develops and deploys email marketing messages using marketing automation tools.

Position Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business is required.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing and managing paid search campaigns is required.
- 2 years of experience in Google Adwords, Microsoft adCenter, Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRMs and marketing automation tools is required
