THE OPPORTUNITY:

Objective Paradigm is looking for a Digital Media Coordinator. This person will be responsible for managing our social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.), writing and deploying emails, project management of our website, as well as some digital marketing and graphic design related responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role can produce consistent and visually appealing content and complete tasks in a timely matter. This person will have the opportunity to grow into a role that will define and implement an omnichannel digital strategy to engage and develop relationships with clients and candidates. 

YOUR CREDS:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• You have a knack for creating exciting content
• You are familiar with running ad campaigns on Facebook & Linkedin
• You have experience with email marketing campaigns and programs, such as Mailchimp
• High sense of urgency and self-confidence while working in a results-oriented environment
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and on a team
• Working through ambiguity to find clarity excites you
