POSITION SUMMARY: As the Director of Demand Generation, you will work closely with the CMO to define, execute, manage and measure Infutor’s digital demand generation marketing strategy, including setting short and long term goals and managing budget.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Working in a matrixed marketing team spanning brand, positioning, content, thought leadership, creative, marketing operations, budget and media/vendor management  
  • Develop an integrated digital campaign strategy working with the team’s content, creative, offline and marketing operations functions that communicates Infutor’s value proposition at all stages of the buyer’s journey, based on deep understanding of Infutor’s industry, customers, products and positioning 
  • Integrating product-marketing driven campaigns effectively into a content-driven, nurture marketing environment   
  • Execute a portfolio approach to demand generation that generates and nurtures high-converting leads from target accounts via multiple online and offline channels
  • Build an inbound lead machine based on a foundation of strong content that drives organic and paid traffic through automated email nurture, SEO, SEM, site display, audience targeting, paid and organic social, sponsored content and Webinars and other paid channels
  • Establish KPIs and report on metrics and ROI across the funnel (MQLs, SALs, SQLs, etc); identify the optimal budget and channel mix that maximizes LTV relative to CAC
  • Deliver a marketing-driven pipeline with sufficient coverage to meet and exceed sales targets; develop rigor around testing, optimization and forecasting to ensure marketing efforts lead to predictable business outcomes and continuous improvement over baselines
  • Build and execute an ABM/nurture strategy that surrounds target accounts via multiple touch points throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development team to enable them to maximize lead conversion and pipeline creation by supporting content marketing function with call scripts and follow-up protocols, proactively communicating upcoming campaign initiatives and establishing a feedback loop to inform future strategies
  • Support the marketing team to insure database health and growth as the foundation for effective marketing and create quarterly goals for maximizing target account coverage with key personas, titles, functions and verticals
  • Manage a budget that includes media buying and optimization that helps the team meet and exceed established goals.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • No direct reports initially, but will be responsible for influencing and collaborating with other team members to deliver best-in-class messaging, content creative, execution, measurement and optimization 
  • Media vendor selection, optimization and management and collaborating with media account managers 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in marketing or related discipline
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in related industry
  • 3+ years of marketing leadership experience
  • Proven leadership experience carrying out marketing initiatives, including strategy, planning, prioritizing, execution and measurement 
  • Deep experience in driving conversions from various digital channels, including Website CX optimization
  • Proven experience with a demonstrated methodology in campaign/content/channel testing, optimization, analytics and forecasting  
  • Experience in driving prospects through the entire buyers journey including brand awareness, recognition, consideration, desire, purchase, retention, upsell and win-back  
  • Strong analytical, data-driven skills balanced with creativity and innovation
  • Highly metric driven with the ability to draw insight from complex sales and marketing data
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to learn the voice of the customer and identify and meet customer needs
  • Experience working cross-functionally to ensure marketing programs are in line with company objective
