What We Need:
The Marketing Director will lead Smokeball’s US-based marketing team. Our ideal candidate is hands on, able to execute and lead a team, manage vendors, has a collaborative and creative approach, and is looking for a role with strong growth opportunity. They will work closely with our global marketing operations, reporting directly to our President while partnering closely with our CRO. We are looking for someone who will work hard and take our marketing to the next level.
- Manage our agile marketing team
- Own Smokeball’s US Marketing budget and reporting
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Manage external agencies and vendors
- Optimize our digital marketing in partnership with our external agency
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams
- Develop a strong relationship with our Sales team
- Manage all brand collateral
- Own our social media presence, website, and all marketing tools

What You Bring:
- 6+ years’ experience in B2B marketing; all-around marketing experience is preferred, though digital and events experience is required.
- Experience with B2B SaaS marketing is desired.
- 2+ years’ experience managing a team of marketers.
- Marketing automation experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Sprout Social, and Active Campaign (or similar tools) highly preferred.
