Position Overview:

The Catch Company is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to work closely with the Senior Director of Product in managing our digital customer communications by helping to formulate and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and retention.

What you will do:

  • Implement email, SMS, and browser notification campaigns
  • Use data and segmentation to improve campaign sophistication
  • Build out ongoing testing/optimization strategy and operational framework
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to build landing pages to complement their efforts
  • Assist with the implementation and management of all CRM/CEM marketing tools
  • Communicate across business teams to plan marketing and engagement campaigns in line with new initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Product in market research and new opportunity analysis

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 year of experience managing email marketing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Drive products
  • Ability to understand campaign success metrics in Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3

Location

Our HQ and engineering lab are located in Chicago's trendy West Loop neighborhood, but our culture is now remote-first. With the exception of our industrial designers, we have a fully distributed team across the United States!
