We're looking for a talented and highly motivated Enterprise Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starting B2B marketing whiz who is eager to build a world class marketing discipline at a high growth company. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Quickly ramp-up NextCapital’s go-to-market strategy, positioning, value proposition, and messaging
• Oversee the design, creation, and ongoing execution of all sales and marketing collateral materials
• Drive lifecycle marketing strategic planning and execution for both enterprise client and individual investor audiences
• Serve as the primary content owner for our retail website at NextCapital.com
• Manage public relations activities including press releases, events, content, and third party agency relationships
• Define marketing funnel analytics and optimization efforts with support from data warehouse team
• Work with our enterprise sales and relationship management teams to develop and deliver best practices playbooks to augment existing partner sales and marketing capabilities

Requirements

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• You have 5-15 years of experience in marketing enterprise technology services
• You have experience in the financial industry
• You’re adept at communicating effectively across multiple audiences
• You stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• You have a demonstrated ability to execute market research, develop strategies & tactics from the ground up, and manage budgets
• You favor evidence-based decision making and have experience manipulating and reporting on KPIs
• You are a strategist and planner, but with a bias for action and an ability to quickly develop and deploy marketing programs and assets
• You are equally comfortable leveraging a defined process or designing a new one
