We are actively seeking a Field Marketing Manager that shares the same passion and vision for creating disruptive solutions in healthcare. In this role, you will join our growing team and be responsible for contributing to our broader marketing strategy and support the leadership team. We are seeking an experienced, energetic, motivated and articulate team player who is passionate about transforming healthcare and excited to grow the vision of Vynca.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Marketing and Regional Sales Directors to define and implement region specific marketing plans that align with territory plans, pipeline, and revenue goals
  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute demand and lead generation programs to develop qualified sales leads and create brand awareness as well as develop programs to accelerate existing pipeline; includes but not limited to email, digital, print, ABM, webinars, and events
  • Leverage Hubspot to execute multi-touch campaigns
  • Develop marketing and sales tools including collateral, sales decks, infographics, e-books, case studies, ROI calculators, and other assets that can be leveraged and repurposed in all territories
  • Write email and other marketing content
  • Assist with the development of blog and article content based on industry facts and trends
  • Edit and proofread marketing and sales assets
  • Leverage various data sets and perform data and list segmentation
  • Understand the different targets and assess market and regional trends and translate into usable messaging and assets
  • Assist with sales proposals and RFPs
  • Support other sales and demand generation teams with tactical campaigns as needed, including webinars, workshops, roundtables, highly targeted appointment setting programs, etc.
  • Support other marketing efforts as needed, including event and meeting management, presentation development, press releases, and client activities

Requirements

  • BS/BA required
  • At least five years of prior marketing experience, ideally in field marketing or other marketing campaign and sales support position
  • Three years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar CRM and marketing tools
  • Previous experience in developing marketing plans, email content, and sales tools
  • Experience developing and executing ABM and other multi-channel campaigns
  • Healthcare experience desired
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Willing to pitch in and help where needed
  • Looking to join a fun team and have a personal passion of creating solutions that have an impact on patients, family members, and providers
  • Startup experience a plus
  • Chicago location preferred
