We are on a mission to arm the world’s 25M sales professionals powerful tools that help them sell more. Base is looking for a savvy growth strategist to develop scalable programs and processes for customer acquisition. You will help build, maintain and optimize marketing programs that attract new customers and increase account expansion. This is a unique opportunity to pioneer scalable programs with a major impact on sales, support and customer success. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing from our satellite office in Chicago (WeWork National Building).
Responsibilities:
- Constantly generate ideas and hypotheses to initiate and carry out experiments and iterative tests
- Create and implement online and offline marketing campaigns
- Work with product team to optimize for virality and engagement mechanisms
- Create content to be used in strategic growth campaigns (blog/video/podcast/etc)

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Excitement about productivity tools, spreadsheets, new technology
- A balance between analytical abilities and creativity; you’re able to take an idea from conception to execution to analysis
- A confident writer who’s able to quickly and effectively tell a story
