How you’ll contribute:

  • As the Head of Marketing, you will lead all aspects of the Brad’s Deals marketing organization (including performance, retention, and branding) and must understand how they all work together within a robust marketing mix to fundamentally support and grow the business. 
  • More specifically, your role with Brad’s Deals is to:
  • Own the marketing strategy and develop a deep understanding of our core customer and their unique user attributes in order to execute strategic and performance-based marketing plans that achieve company goals
  • Lead enthusiastically, yet be collaborative and hands-on with our B2C and B2B marketing teams
  • Measure the effectiveness of customer acquisition and retention campaigns in order to scale and increase monthly active users
  • Manage a multi-million dollar marketing budget in a high-growth environment and allocate resources effectively to meet strategic goals
  • Coordinate cross-channel marketing initiatives for web, mobile, email, and traditional media channels, and ensure seamless customer experience within Brad’s Deals across screens and all consumer touchpoints
  • Act as the caretaker for the Brad’s Deals brand by developing traditional and online marketing activities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, corporate communications, product, partner development, business development, editorial, data, and analytics Mentor and coach our growing marketing organization
